cancellations & rescheduling
your session time is held just for you, so i ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. changes with less notice, and missed sessions, are charged in full. i always make room for true emergencies, so please reach out and we’ll figure it out together.
gatherings
a 50% deposit holds your date, and the remaining balance is due before the event. [if you cancel or reschedule within 7 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.] travel fees, if any, are included in your custom quote.
into alignment
into alignment is a 3-month commitment. payment terms and details are shared after we connect on a call. between sessions, i respond to voice notes and questions within 48 hours.
