  • first — no two sessions look exactly alike, because you are not exactly like anyone else. every session is intuitively guided based on what you need that day. you can expect a safe, judgment-free space where you'll be fully seen and supported. depending on your session, we may move through reiki, an intuitive reading, chakra work, cord cutting, sound healing, or tarot — and you'll always leave with clarity and actionable next steps. wear something comfortable and come as you are.

  • nope! an open mind is all you need. reiki and intuitive healing work on an energetic level regardless of your beliefs — many of my clients come in skeptical and leave completely surprised by what they experience. if you're curious, that's enough. the energy meets you exactly where you are.
